So, Lauren may kill me for the 4 paragraph novel of a “review” I just wrote. But I enjoyed spending some time this morning reflecting on how much Royalty Stables has meant to my kids and me! I apologize for the length but felt Lauren & Rob deserve the public praise. Here’s my Royalty Stables Testimonial:
I am now a personal friend of the owners of Royalty Stables, Lauren & Rob, but only because I was a scared-out-of-my-mind show mom first. My son showed at Royalty Stables a few times with his IEA team, where we were first welcomed and assured that everything was going to be okay! By the end of the season, I had at least learned how to fill out the entry form AND my son even got to catch ride one of Lauren’s amazing (yet misunderstood) Morgans, Bentley. Technically, the rest is history. Bentley still finds ways to create magic.
By our second season visiting Royalty Stables, I had the honor of watching from behind the scenes as Lauren planned a memorial show to assist the family of a young equestrian who is still missed at many local shows. The generosity and endless effort poured into that show was breathtaking, as was the incredible outpouring of love that day. I knew without a doubt that Lauren & Rob were people I would be proud to support and care about. By the end of that season, Lauren & Rob showed their extreme dedication to their horse community by bringing home their newborn son during a show as Lauren’s mom got to announce her Grandson to his new “royal court”.
Last year was our third season showing at Royalty Stables. My son learned the feeling of great success on his large pony while being supported at Royalty Stables. He begins again this year with his new horse. And we know the process will be made fun, low-stress, and the perfect opportunity to get the new ottb out and about!
Lauren also provides my daughter with beginner lessons with the goal of helping her overcome fear and anxiety. My daughter wants to compete in her first dressage show so badly but has a very spirited pony at home. Lauren uses light hearted games and fun distractions to simply make my daughter comfortable in the saddle. I know without a doubt that what my daughter receives at Royalty Stables is something very rare: she is seen as a whole person and as her own unique person. Royalty Stables has become so much more than “a nice schooling show”. Royalty Stables is a place where kindness reigns supreme.

Royalty is an amazing place, everyone here is not only welcoming but extremely kind. Lauren will always go the extra mile for you and your horse. This barn has allowed me to grow in so many ways. From letting me show here, getting lessons and experience and so much more! Royalty is the place for anyone young or old, experienced or not, this is a great place.

This was an emotional day for Miss Emerson. Emerson was so excited to show her new horse at Royalty. He unfortunately had a colic situation the night before schooling and had to be taken to the Vets. Lauren saw how devastated Emie was for her horse and her and asked us if Emie could show one of her ponies. Lauren and her husband are kind, respectful and wonderful people. They are knowledgeable and they truly want the younger generation to learn and be able to show. Our family loves going to Royalty and plans to go back for many years to come!! I will always be grateful for their generosity!

I will always remember this show my daughter spent 5 months in a cast. She had her cast taken off on Monday and showed that weekend on the best horse ever. She won her division.
